Our panels are also being specified in many other projects. Our panels have been tested by SETSCO & PSB and have passed all tests including IMPACT Test which we have achieved the highest standard of SD Grade, Pull Out and Pull Down test where a top hung cabinet is built on our panels and result has shown that it can withstand weight of up to 400kg.

3) GREEN - Setsco has assessed our panels and have found that indeed Sunway Cavity Panel has the best ability to reduce heat from external into a building as compared to bricks and concrete wall. Thus, substantial savings on energy consumption is achievable by the occupants of the building. On top of that, this is precisely in line with what the Global aspires to achieve in a product

2) CAVITY - Besides giving a good thermal and sound insulation, it also enables layng of conduits and wires with relative ease. Even without any insulating material in the cavity, our panel can achieve STC42 while bricks can only attained STC35 to 38.. On top of that, our panels have been tested by SETSCO and has passed the 2 hours fire rating.

1) Lightness - Sunway Cavity Panel is only one third the weight of bricks. As a result, substantial savings can be achieved for the steel and concrete reinforcement in the sub-structure. There will also be savings for the beams as well.
