EBS Insulated Concrete Wall

The construction method has been proven. EBS has built over 100,000 m2 of residential and commercial structures in the last six years in the State of Florida and in Northern Mexico.

Electrical boxes and conduits can be installed in plant when specified.

The wall panels include window and door openings. The interior walls can be finished with a thin plaster coating and painted. The exterior surfaces are usually finished with a thin cementicious coating.

After the concrete is poured, the stay-in-place forms become part of the structure and provide for thermal and sound insulation as well as humidity and mold resistance.

The EBS concrete forms are custom made in a manufacturing plant and include walls, columns, beams, arches, elevated floors and roofs. The forms are delivered to the site in stacks, erected in sequence, and poured with concrete, forming a load bearing monolithic steel reinforced concrete structure.

EBS has developed a concrete cast-in-place construction process based on permanent forms.
