Marmox Thermoblock

Marmox Thermoblock has a high thermal insulation (k equiv. ca. .05 W/mK), a high load-bearing strength (60-75 kg/cm2) while its water absorption (immersion and capillary) is practically negligible.

Applications:

Marmox Thermoblock are used in bottom and top layers of walls to minimise the heat flux.

Marmox Thermoblock is characterised by a thin top and bottom polymer cement layer reinforced with with an alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh. The top and bottom layers strongly bond the vertically distributed carrying prisms and the surrounding foam block.

Marmox Thermoblock consists of an extruded polystyrol foam (alternatively Marmox Thermoblock is also available as phenolic foam) embedding containing polymeric load-carrying prisms vertically distributed at defined intervals.

It differs from other similar products in its high strength and exceptionally high thermal insulation properties.

Marmox Thermoblock is a heat-insulating and load-bearing building block designed to be applied as a wall-footing building block on top and bottom layers as well as for the erection of load-bearing or non-load bearing walls.
