What is PrePan?
PrePan Panel is a prefabricated panel. This extremely strong structural product consists of a super-insulated core of rigid expanded polystyrene sandwiched between two-engineered sheets of fiber glass mesh. To complete the panel form process a fiber glas truss is pierced completely through the polystyrene core at off set angles for superior strength and welded to each of the outer layer sheets fiber glass mesh. How is the panel used?
The panel is used for numerous building applications. It may be used in place of wood framed wails, metal-framed walls, and masonry block walls or in place of pre cast panels. The panel may also be used for floor systems, ceilings and to provide a roof structure. PrePan is an excellent product for building privacy walls around the home or building structure. This panel is being used by many landscape companies in place of masonry block. With handsome good looks and great flexibility, the panel can be used in conjunction with most all building trades.

You can install all electric and water systems under coating. You can hide the joint lines with exra coating. You can use some ornamanted material over the PrePan: Siding, pattern panels, marble, granite and etc. If you wish you can complete it with just painting.

Easy installation
PrePan has two easy installation systems: With steel columns, with poliuratane foam.So you will not plaster all panel. you need to plaster just joint line. Prepan has insulation material and coating material. So you can realize your projects fast and cheaply..
