Cavity Wall Concrete Building System

Here is an easy precast lightweight concrete panel system that creates a cavity wall. Within the cavity, much versatility is possible, from automatically forming a cast in place column - beam frame to filling with indigenous material such as sand or dirt. One ends up with a 12" wide wall using only 4" of concrete. The eight inch interior cavity may be insulated or anything. Wires are run in this space and feed into outlet boxes cast directly into the panel. The jobs of precasting the panels and erecting the buildings are easy and can employ many unskilled people. Progress is fast and very satisfying.
This is a patented engineer developed system. I will assist with all details of starting production in your country. Engineering instruction, design training, concrete mix design, mold manufacture, and all details will be well taught to your people. Price includes licensing and training. Travel expenses extra.
