Signboard ACP(Aluminum Composite Panel)

Description:
1. Signboard ACP is a panel which has two aluminum sheets on each side and a PE core. It can be directly applied for silk screen or digital printing, spray-paint and instant stick; it is easy to be cut, punched; it had great feasibility on processing, easy to be fixed to all claddings, including all shapes, angles, curves, radius, bending, joint, connection, etc. It can be finished by normal machines for metal and wood.
2. Signboard ACP paint performance is according to ECCA standards, 5 years guarantee on PE coating, 10 years on FEVE coating. It is processed by UV ray and high temperature baking, so it is has higher hardness and has better property in rub-resistance.
3. Signboard ACP can be used in screen printing. It is light weight with surprising rigidity, thus it is the best choice for advertising.
4. Signboard ACP can be bent or curved by normal roller or bending machine, also could be customized.

Application:
It is widely used in advertising, signage, engraving, etc. Such as ads show, convention centers, art building, highgrade building walls, star-rated hotels, airports, gas stations, etc.

Remarks:
1. This kind of double-side signboard APC is coated with polyester and mainly used indoors.
2. According to different decorative patterns, extra charge will be needed.
3. Other sizes, colors as per customer's options are available.
