Sell Isonem Repair Mortar

This product, which is very elastic, sealing and showing no cracking, is a repair mortar based on high cement content featuring very high adhesion resistance. It is modified by the support of polymer and fiber materials. This product is very ideal in thick applications requiring low internal tension. It is used in concrete repair works, surface preparation before the water insulation, filling the holes and pahs.
Material preparation:
ISONEM M03 elastic mortar (25 KG) and the clean water of 5 liters are mixed into a plastic container with a mixer of 400 cycles. If the mixing process is done manually, the smaller sizes should be preferred. In order to increase the adherence and the water impermeability of ISONEM M 03 elastic mortar, ISONEM D 10 super adhesive may be added into the product. This ratio is ensured by adding 1, 5 KG ISONEM D10 super adhesive and 3, 5 liters water into ISONEM M03 (25 KG) . The mixture is applied onto the surface by means of trowel or spraying.
