About the names of our imaging products for microscope, telescope and spotting.
People describes imaging products in his own ways, different people gives different names to the same imaging products. There are many popular names such as digital eyepiece, video eyepiece, electronic eyepiece, USB eyepiece, computer eyepiece, TV eyepiece, microscope camera, telescope imager, computer microscope, video microscope, digital microscope, USB telescope and digital telescope. Some of them are very exact to describe these imaging products, but the others are very confused.
We classify our products to three kinds according to their application, function and main specifications:
The one to replace ocular eyepiece, we name digital eyepiece (USB port) or video eyepiece (TV port);
The one with a LCD screen and a operation board to replace a traditional ocular eyepiece or a connected C-mount, we name digital camera for microscope (or digital camera for telescope);
The one with a built in imaging capturer, we name digital or video microscope.

The MDC2000 Microscope Digital Camera is used in traditional microscope.  By replacing eyepiece or connecting C-Mount with this LCD module, you can view specimens or objects on the LCD screen which are easy to see and to share the view with others. You can take snapshots or short videos with the flash memory or SD card. Also you can connect with PC or TV set for live viewing.
The MDC2000 Microscope Digital Camera is composed of optical system, image sensor, LCD module, operating keyboard and CD file.
