Tie Gun Lian Shi Level I begins the study with a basic knowledge of the weapon itself, and goes on to teach blocking, counterstriking, stepping and stances, and the Lian Shi Kung Fu Defensive Gate System. This DVD teaches the first level of street defense and lays the foundation for Levels II and III.
