P/N 80110711 mm Aluminium Crimp Capwith Clear PTFE/Butyl Rubber septa11mm Aluminium Crimp Cap with CLEAR PTFE/BUTYL RUBBER, the butyl red rubber is Isobutylene-Isoprene.The Septa is a 65 durometer butyl rubber vulcanized with a Varox catalyst, which is a non-sulfur containing catalyst with .002 mils of a clear FEP barrier.The Septa compound has good puncturability and sealing characteristics. The total thickness of the butyl red rubber and FEP barrier is .040" +/- .005.The Septa has been oven conditioned, which minimizes bleed and volatiles making it a much cleaner product because of the non-sulpher containing Varox catalyst and the oven conditioning.The Butyl Red Rubber septa is a high quality, low cost general purpose septa.Ordering Informations :
