Description
The Ticket Terminal is designed to provide easy control over manufacturing for any industry. Standard RFID tags attached to bundles, kits, bins or a job card allows easy tracking during work in
progress. In addition, the ticket terminal allows generation of fault tickets related to quality, machine breakdown, work delays, material shortage and many such similar issues. Users of the
ticket terminal include garment factories, packaging plants, pharmaceutical industries and automotive industries, etc.
At work start, the ticket terminal will need authentication from the worker at the station terminal. After authentication, a record of the time worked is kept in seconds. All keyed and RFID
information is sent to a central server which records the raw information from up to 125 terminals at a time. The raw database is used to sort and find crutial information related to worker
efficiency, line constraints, machine maintenance information, quality issues and delays caused by material shortage.
Up to 20 keys allow the operator to choose a single key for specific input to save time and graphic and color coded key labelling allows even an uneducated operator to use the ticket terminal
effectively. The LCD display shows critical information related to worked time and current produced quantity, last fault and may be customised for any industry.
Software
The Ticket Terminal hardware relies on the software for user authentication, start and stop timing and key mapping. The software allows individual keys on each terminal to be mapped differently
thereby allowing the same terminal hardware to be used for different functions in the factory line. The live database can be viewed directly or sorted and picked to view critical data based on
the user requirement - this is a customised feature available with all our ticket terminals. Software price will be quoted extra after understanding requirements and customization.
