No need for costly divider blocks on Central Lube Systems. Simple time/pressure pump is set to increased lube cycles and volume up to 1/3 Cavity area will allow the Lube Vent Block to vent the
excess grease, thereby maintaining a fresh mixture of Unoxidized Grease in the Bearing Cavity, not the minute/low volume amounts of grease as provided by divider blocks since there is no allowance
for venting excess lubricant.
2. Auto grease guns only provide enough grease to quiet the bearing temporarily, and within hours the new minimal grease amount is mixed with old and oxidized grease.
3. Grease re-lube amounts should be calculated by measuring bearing (OD in mm X width in mm X .005 grams minimum) to ensure fresh unoxidized and uncontaminated grease is in the bearing.
4. Grease frequencies should be set to ensure that after re-lubrication, clean useable grease exits from the Lube Vent Block.
