Generally, and industrial premises with a Generator room would use an open unit, if we are locating the unit outdoors, in an industrial area, a weatherproof unit would suffice, a residential, or sensitive installation (Hospital, etc.) would call for a super-silenced unit. In all cases, noise and emission regulations are strictly adhered to.
