10.       Seller?s bank issues 2% PB to activatebuyer?s banking instrument

9.         Buyer?s bank opens RDLC against fullPOP from Seller?s Bank

8.         seller?s bank swift full POP to Buyer?sbank

7.         Buyer issues financial statement/proofof fund.

6.         Seller issues soft POP.

5.         Seller & Buyer sign and exchangehard copy of contract. Both parties lodge contract in their respective banks.

4.         Seller issues draft contract forevaluation, approval and open for amendment via electronic mail/courier, buyerreturns signed draft contract.

3.         Buyer accept Seller?s FCO withacceptance letter including buyer?s bank details, corporate license withcompany profile and/or passport number as identfication.

2.         Seller issues FCO

1.         Buyer issues CPO with bank soft probeand NCNDA/IMFPA signed and stamped.

Proceduresare as follows:

They areoffering contract or spot of 10 Mio MT.

They arecurrently offering D2 USD 365/355 FOB Rotterdam or Huston (for CIF add USD10more 375/365 CIF ASWP)

Once this is completed then the Buyer group will deal directly with the refinery inregards to negotiations etc...

You get thename this group for the ICPO to put only if we get the NCNDA/IMFPA signed and stamped. I can first with pleasure sign and stamp the NCNDA/IMFPA and send you.

we work direct with a big group. they have a direct relationship with 2 refineries-group (Russia and Middle East). So to start the process they requested that the buyersend first the ICPO and NCNDA/IMFPA.
