Construction:
The permitted bending radius of single core armored cable shall not be less than 20 times of the outer diameter of the cable, 15 times for multi-core armored cable, 15 times for single core non-armored cable, and 12 times for multi-core non-armored cable.
The maximum permitted long-term operating temperature of the cable shall be 90, with the maximum short-circuit (within 5 seconds) temperature being 250. The ambient temperature of installation of the cable shall not be less than 0.
The cable listed is applicable for power distribution and transmission line of with rated voltage up to and including 35kV.
XLPE insulation means to change the linear structure of polyethylene molecule into three-dimension network structure by applying the physical or chemical cross-linking process. After cross-linking, the mechanical, thermo-aging and anti-environment stress properties of insulation material have been greatly improved, which makes the cable have excellent electrical and anti-chemical properties.
