This is a light armoured cable for aerial installation. The corrugated steel tape armouring provides good protection against rodents yet allows the cable to retain outstanding flexibility
for easy installation.

A suspension steel wire integrated (integral bearer) with the sheath creates the characteristic "figure-8" profile well known for easy installation.

|
It can be supplied with 2 to 24 fibers; either single-mode, multimode or both.

|
The loose fiber slotted core design provides cables with good fiber protection and easy installation.
|
|
The strength member and the slotted core design provide superior protection for the ribbon fibers.
|
|
The slotted core cable has high crush load resistance. The radial shape of the slotted core profile provides an effective cavity for the loose fibers to rest in.
|
|
Water blocking filling compound prevents water penetration along the cable.
