Insulation
The insulating material adopts super-purified XLPE material above 110 kV. During the production process, the feeding purification level is 100 grades.
Waterproof Layer and Buffer Layer
If the cable has waterproof requirement, according to different occasions and different selected metal sheath, the buffer layer or comprehensive waterproof layer plus buffer layer waterproof structure should be added.
The buffer layer adopts semi-conductive flexible materials with water-swelling properties.

Inner and Outer Screen
The semi-conductive materials of the conductor screen and insulation screen both adopt cross-linked, ultra-smooth type, in addition, it is suitable for three-layer co-extruded material. The insulation screen should not be stripped.

 Conductor
The conductor is formed by copper or aluminum, regarding the one below 800 mm², the die tightly pressed round strand is adopted, so as to realize such characteristics as good roundness and big tight press coefficient, and so on. 800mm² conductor adopts die pressed round strand or separation structure. The conductor with 800mm² above cross section conductor adopts separation structure to reduce the skin effect of conductor and improve cable transmission capacity.
According to customers demands, the non-pressed conductor can also be processed(circular).
