The bending radius of a single-core cable should not less than 20 times of the cable diameter.

The bending three of a single-core cable should not less than 15 times of the cable diameter.

The ambient temperature under installation should not below 0C

Max short-circuit temperature of conductor shall not exceed 250C

Max. permissible operating temperature of the conductor: 90C.

Rated power frequency voltage U0/U:0.6/1kv.

2.       Application: The product is suitable for using in power transmission and lines with rated frequency voltage 0.6/1kv.

1.      Standard: The product is manufatured according to the standard of Gb12706 or IEC .BS,DIN and ICEA upon request.

The maximum permissible operating temperature of the conductor of XLPE insulated power cable is 90C which is higher than of PVC or PE insulated power cable .The cable has the advantage of simplicity in construction ,lightness in weight ,convenience in application .It can also be laid with no limitation of level difference along the route.

   For XLPE insulation power cable .either chemical method or physical method is emplyed to transform the molecular structure of PE from chain into three-dimensional network ,i.e.  Thermo-plastic PE is transformed into thermosetting XLPE .After cross-linking ,the thermal and mechanical properties of PE have been greatly improved while its exllent electrical property are still retained .
