The Center for Plasma technologies - PLASMA produces compact absorbers on base of Al and Cu with PVD sputtering selective coatings for solar collectors for hot water.

The coated process is PVD in vacuum chamber. The coatings are on the base of Titanium composites and the other metals and gases ions. The coatings has high coefficient of absorption and very small coefficient of reflection and emission, high thermal and corrosive resistant.

With our equipment we can produce PVD selective coatings on one side, on two sides, on absorbers for flat plate collectors, as well as on CPC collectors with maximum temperature stability.
Lately the solar collectors are used integrated at the roof or at the wall of the buildings so from decorative aspect, it is very important the absorbers to have different colors with the same optical performances. For that reason, Plasma adopted technologies for producing selective coatings with different colors and nuance.
