Solar Battery

Our Tubular plate batteries made specially for solar applications. Ideal for Solar Systems and have with much better cycle life than VRLA/  SMF batteries.

Why? Because the quality and construction of plates used in the battery play the most important role in the cycling and lifespan of a battery. Although VRLA offers the convenience of being maintenance free and spill proof - it leads to poor performance over the long term where the cycling requirements are high with much larger DOD (depth of discharge).

Tubular batteries are ideal for African countries and Asian countries where the temperatures are much higher. VRLA is ideal for colder temperatures.

Our heavy duty batteries are available in the following range-

Tubular Batteries (Standard Height)  - 12V120AH, 12V150AH, 12V170AH, 12V200AH

Tubular Batteries (Tower Type)  - 12V150AH, 12V200AH, 12V250AH

The batteries are supplied without the acid for safe transportation. So you would need to fill up the acid and charge it before selling/installation. The batteries are supplied with high quality ceramic vent plugs/ water level indicators.

Custom batteries for solar application can also be produced.
