We are setting up a polysilicon plant for 250MT/ annum initially which will be scaled to a 3000MT/year plant. We are looking at achieving minimum 6N purity and and aiming at 9N's. Have achieved lab scale purity of 8N on a 40T reactor and are scaling up to a 250T plant.
