Additionally, for production planning purposes, please provide your forecasting product requirements for 2009. This will assist us in managing our production capacity and manufacturing schedule.

For planning purposes, We are pleased to provide a budgetary estimate (pricing table), which outlines the product quantity and price per cell. Please note our product lead time and delivery schedule is dependant upon the terms and conditions of the contractual agreement. Additionally, pricing is based on the volume quantity and a firm price will be established at time of purchase order acceptance. 

The prototype CCA design will be transitioned to full production with competitive pricing on volume orders. We expects high volume manufacturing of the CDO-100 CCA in place in the 4th Quarter of 2009. Volume CCA manufacturing of other solar cell sizes will be gated by customer demand...

Prototype CDO-100 CCAs are offered with a 6-8 week lead time, and with volumes limited to 55 units. Prototype CCAs are built in low volume, and priced accordingly.

Stage 2: Volume CCA Manufacturing

This is in response to your email communication regarding our pricing for CPV solar cells.  We can supply 36% efficiency CDO-100 cells. This is a concentrator cell with dual busbars (the two metal bars on the edge of the solar cell). This cell can be purchased in three configurations: 1) Bare cell 2) cell w/welded interconnects 3) concentrator cell assembly (CCA): cell soldered to an alumina substrate with a bypass diode and no conformal coating. Conformal coating is optional and pricing may be provided upon request. Additionally, the budgetary pricing provided is based on 2009 C1MJ cells and the C3MJ product is forthcoming and projected availability is 2010.
