Emmvee Solar with the tradition of creativity and innovation in the use of solar energy, has commissioned a ultra modern state-of-the-art plant for the manufacture of lighting modules. We operate the largest and most innovative, fully integrated production line with an annual production capacity of 15 MW. Our solar modules are designed to deliver the highest possible energy with a high-quality finish providing the highest energy yields. They are available from a power class of 80Wp and 160Wp mono and multi-crystalline Modules with 125 mm and 156 mm cells. The materials used in the manufacture of modules are procured from the best sources in the world to meet the stringent quality requirements of IEC. The Emmvee Solar lighting module consists of Emmvee-Tough extra toughened glass sheet behind which the cells are lined up. At the rear, the cells are protected by a layer of plastic. The electrical connections of the cells are brought out of the module to a junction box. Each module is designed for low-cost system integration from frame construction to the junction box. We know that a lighting module generally functions reliably for over 20 years. Our uncompromising attitude to quality means we can give a reliable extended performance guarantee on our products depending on the place and usage.
