Combined transformers

    D, corrugated containers with 0.2Kg/cm2 seal test which can ensure no leakage of oil, meanwhile to keep good external appearance and small size.
    E, core is made of low loss, high-quality, high-magnet grain oriented silicon sheet. core pillar is solidified by high-intensity glue, no binding, reduce noise.
    F, each layer of insulation paper is covered with hot setting adhesive, during the process of solidification in the furnace, the winding and the insulation layer are bind together to build a solid construction in order to raise the short-circuit withstand ability.

    C, pressure shaped winding line of flat oxygen-free copper wire, with smooth surface, high conductivity, burr-free.

    B, three pole type construction core, with H.V. windings be triangle or star, more suited for three-phase distribution users, such as power plants.

    A, four pole type construction core, fuse and L.V. winding are connected in series as a phase unit to form a D shape so as to solve the problem of interfere between error phase and ordinary phase in the power supply. This is suitable for home users who need single-phase distribution.

Features :

    Combined transformer is equipped with high-pressure and low-voltage components. They were installed in the high-pressure and low-voltage compartments which are separated with a metal plate. Cable come from the concrete base of the trench into the high/low voltage compartment. In the left part of the front, there is the H.V. operation room, including H.V. bushings, on-load tap changer, off-circuit tap changer, inset fuse, pressure relief valve,oil indicator, thermometer, oiling plug. In the right part of the front, there is the L.V. operation compartment, including customaried sets of power lighting, automatic meter reading, power compensation as well as L.V. bushings. At the backside, there is the transformer part, including body, tank and cooling equipments.

    Structure : for the sake of safety, combined transformers structural should be designed to prevent damage and weather-proof. All live parts be locked in low voltage and high-voltage compartments. Outside design of Combined transformer is exquisite, concise, innovative and modern with military green (on metal plate covers) painting or high quality spraying paint (on cement structures) so as to coordinate with the surrounding environment.

Combined transformer is composed of body, switches equipment, fuse, tap-changers,all together in a sealed full oil transformer body. Its a kind of distribution equipment which has self-protection.
