CTS Series Of Split-Core Current Transformers

The CTS series of split core current transformers are designed for AC current measuring applications requiring high levels of accuracy(+/- 1% from 10% to 130% of rated current). The split core design permits a fast and easy installation of the current transformer, without requiring that the primary circuit be taken offline and disconnected for CT installation. The design incorporates an internal precision burden resistor across the secondary output; providing a safe, low AC voltage output. This design feature permits safe opening of the secondary during installation or maintenance.

The CTS series is available with a wide range of opening sizes for the primary AC current loop:
*CTS0191-xxxx/0.333V, Opening 19.1mm(0.75in)
*CTS0318-xxxx/0.333V, Opening 31.8mm(1.25in)
*CTS0508-xxxx/0.333V, Opening 50.8mm(2.00in)

A wide range of Rated primary AC current signals is available; from 0 to 5 AC ampere to 0 to 1500 AC ampere.
