We manufactuer transformers catering to various industries such as UPS, Invertors & control pannels. We also manufacture Isolation transformers, Scott connected transformers, Rectifier transformers, Reactors, Chokes and other transformers for all electrical related industries and applications, High Voltage Transformers , Ferrite Core Transformers .

We manufacture resin cast and oil immersed instrument transformers up to and including 33KV. We also manufacture metering cubicles (Kiosks) as per customer's specifications. We use prime grade material and we have in house testing facility to check material quality and finished product.

We have installed one of the best vacuum casting plant for manufacturing cast resin CTs and PTs. We use most modem software to design instrument transformers.Our instrument transformers are famous for quality as we scrupulously adhere to the Indian and international standard specifications.

Measuring current transformers must work at low flux density to remain within specified errors; at the same time flux density must increase beyond knee point at specified instrument security factor. To achieve these two contrasting requirements, we use wound cores made of special magnetic material. To.keep errors within limits, we use unique turn's compensation method by which, turn in fraction can be reduced. Special manufacturing procedure is adopted to keep the core stress-free after molding.

Our unique method keeps oil immersed transformers free from breathing (Periodic expansion and contraction of transformer oil due to change in ambient temperature). This eliminates ingress of moisture into the tank and consequent failure.

We manufacture single, double or multi-core CTs, with duel primary ratio, measuring, protective or special purpose CTs.

Potential transformers are often exposed to severe lightning impulses. In our PTs most modem technique is used to absorb the impulse and keep the transformer safe from insulation breakdown.
