HENIKWON transformer has succeed in combining the advantages of oil-filled and the dry-type transformers, which are fabricated with an epoxy resin with a low viscosity formulation.

The copper winding are completely embedded between layers of glass fiber and impregnated in a special process with pure resin mixed under vacuum conditions. This unique casting method makes it possible to assure void-free epoxy penetration of both inner layer and turn-to-turn insulation.

After casting, the coils are cured in a temperature time sequence which is controlled by a microprocessor to guarantee full and strees-free adhesion of the resin to the conductors.

It also provides complete safeguard against cracks under all circumstances. This result of the high technology application provides many unsurpassed characteristics.
