TestingAll transformers are subjected to all routine tests in our sophisticated laboratory in factory confirming to latest national standard specification. Tests are intended for use for the basic validation of design and the basis for performance, safety, and reliability of the transformers. Servokon is equipped with adequate digital readout measuring devices wherever required and the digital sampling techniques with computer calculation. All transformers are subjected to all routine test. Servokon have in house facility to undergo temperature rise and impulse test conforming to meet latest national and international standards. Other tests such as short circuit withstand tests (dynamic and thermal) are conducted at an independent Govt. Recognized testing laboratory. Type test are special optional tests. These tests are carried out an additional fees, to be borne by the customer. LImpulse Voltage TestLTemperature Rise TestLShort Circuit TestTechnical DataServokon standard transformers are manufactured as per IEC 76 for temperature rise, insulation levels and dielectric test requirements. The overload withstanding capacity of transformer as per IEC 354. Tolerances applicable for no load loss, load loss, total losses, impedance voltage and voltage ratio are in accordance to IEC 76. Temperature rise limits are as per IEC 76. Tapping range standard transformers is + 5% to-5% for high voltage winding variation. Distribution transformers are with oil natural air cooling wound with Copper conductor. The transformers are supplied both with corrugated tank and pressed steel radiators.
