SINGLE POINT ADJUSTABLE COIL WINDING FORMERS FOR DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER MANUFACTURERSThis Winding former can cut down idle time and save valuable production time. The winding diameter can be set within minutes without wasting man hour. All the beams of winding former can be suitably adjusted to expand and contract at a time by rotating a lead screw. Various ranges of diameter can be covered in one former. The dovetail beams give more circularity and hence reduces polygon in wound coils. This former gives minimum ovality & variation in diameter throughout the coil length. Larger diameter of side plate can be provided for winding on vertical coil winding machine. Worm & wheel can be provided on lead screw to reduce effort in diameter setting. This former can be designed according to the working range required by the customer.
