The completely immersed power transformer replace the former oil storage tank with finplate on corrugaing oil tank as the hot exhaustion for the sake of cooling. Meanwhile, it shrinks and expands via the exchange of interior oil accordingly to keep insulation and prevent oil & insulation deterioration. This is great help for stability. Thanks for the excellent cold rolled silicon flake that the magnetic flux density inside is improved. Moreover, noise and loss also are reduced in accordance. Adopted with strong enameled-wire (paper covered wire) in drum structure, the transformer performs with great anti-insolation property. The mountnuts inside the oil tank adopt the nut screws to prevent off while transported. The surface is painted with special paint(moisture-free, mold-free and salt free properties) after phosphorus treatment.
