Hangzhou Qiandian Complete Electric Equipment Co., Ltd which is a sub-company of Hangzhou Qiantang River Electric Group Co., Ltd.,produces SB10-M padmounted transformers, which are different from domestic traditional compartmentalized transformer substations due to the fact that the transformers, voltage load breaks and fuses (see the picture) are all immersed in insulating fluid. If high ignition point oil (ignition point above 312??) is used, the transformers can be applied in places with rigid requirements of fireproofing and explosion-proofing. They can also meet the need for electrical energy measuring, reactive power compensation and low voltage shunting, etc.

SB10-M padmounted transformers are compact, light weight, low noise, low loss and of high reliability. They can be used as substitutes for imported ones and be widely applied in residential blocks, commercial centers, railway stations, airports, factories, enterprises, hospitals, schools and so on.

Our padmounted transformers are compact, small dimensions, convenient and easy to mount. And they are made of dead front and totally-enclosed construction which ensure high security. Double fuse protection can reduce operation costs and the fuse-element of Bay-O-Net is both temperature and current sensitive. They are suitable for end-use feed and loop feed. HV terminals are cable inserted construction, with the function of cut-out switch and easy to operate. Core/coil assemblies are three phases, five-legged or three-legged and step-lapping design which can minimize the noise and losses and enhance the ability to withstand short-circuit and over-loading. Filled with high ignition point insulating fluid and surface being treated for damp-proof, mild-proof and saline-fog-proof, the transformers are suitable for use in severe conditions.

ELSP and Bay-O-Net are used. This arrangement gives simplicity, convenience economy and reliability. The ELSP oil-immersed backup fuse acts only when breakdown occurs inside the cabinet. And the Bay-O-Net fuse acts only when breakdown or overload takes place in secondary side, or the fluid temperature is too high.

The oil-immersed load switch of padmount transformer with operating control and three-phase linkage and type of four, two position, is applicable to load break and make in loop and end-use distribution system. The gang operation of three phases can effectively reduce ferromagnetic resonance.
