Introducing a new type of Radiator of 24 flute over the existing type- The new circular embossing introduced enables the transformer oil to be distributed across the radiator at any level which results in even heat dissipation over the total width of the element thus improving the heat dissipation and efficiency in comparison with the radiator types available in the market. It further improves the paint finish.

Construction of the Radiators (Technical Detail)

Width of Radiators : 520 / 300mm mm width radiators using CRCA (From Bhushan) with Grade D

Sheet Thickness : 1.0 & 1.2mm or as per customer requirements.

Center to Center Distance : 500mm to 3000mm

No. of Element : 2 Nos. to 30 Nos.

Pitch : 40 or 50.

Header : 89mm OD pipe or as per customer

External Coating : Zinc Rich Primer (Flow Coat) + Epoxy MIO (Flow Coat) + Polyurethane Paint (Spray Paint) or as per customer requirement

Internal Coating : Air dry varnish or as per customer requirement.

Other Fitting like : Flange, air release plug, lifting lugs, drain valve as per customer requirement.

Quality of Radiators:
We are manufacturing the Radiators as per IEEMA Standards and exporting the job in various countries through Kotsons Pvt. Ltd. Agra, Mehta Overseas Panchkula etc.

We check the quality inprocess.
