Types

The effect of reducing hazardous gas upon the basis of one (1) piece of the 3-phase
500KVA of the Amorphous Mold Transformer:

Effects arising from the use of the Amorphous Transformer.

Problems arising from the high harmonics.

To reduce the loss from the unload by 75 % or more, caused by the silica steel plate composed of the steel wick.
To reduce the loss of energy and cost of power.
To reduce the cost of maintenance and repair of the transformer as a result of the
reduction of loss.
To acquire the high efficiency and compactness resulting from the excellent magnetic
feature produced by counter-measuring the high frequency and harmonics.

This is a unit used to convert electric power. In place of the existing silica plate composed of the steel wick, we have employed the Amorphous metal, which enabled us to acquire the high efficiency by reducing loss from the unload and saving the energy by 75 % against those with the silica steel plate.
