Increase in oil quantity & Larger dissipation area of the oil Tank allows increase in rating upto 25% (Approx.) We Can provide radiators in place of tubes for oil circulation & cooling. We can provide Roller Carbon Brushes 3/4 in parallel for these oil cooled variacs. These roller brushes are fabricated from a special grade Carbon. DOUBLE LAYER VARIACS of Higher ratings can also be manufactured with specific Voltage range under special request. These higher rating variacs are a trusted source of clean, efficient, reliable, distortion free AC power supply.

This series is available in open type as well as Oil cooled type. We specialise in winding these Variacs with thick Super enameled Cu. Wire and is a pioneering step in the Indian Industry. The Higher ratings are normally Oil Cooled. The Industry feedback on the earlier ones wound with Double Cotton Covered Wire is not Excellent as the cotton covering at times obstructs the movement of Carbon hampering the entire operation. The use of Su. En. Wire eliminates this, giving a great relief. We can presently wind VARIACS with 6 SWG Wire.
