R-type transformer

5 R-type transformer s design is reasonable, so it has the following characteristics  like low iron loss,lowheat production, low energy consumption.

4 no noice and the low heat production. As R-type transformer is convoluted by non cutting iron core, made from GaoPai .So it  has a uniform circular section and the continuous winding , low resistance loss and low heat production, and because there is no cutting, magnetostrictive stress can easily be absorbed, thus ensuring the application of noise-free.

3 low flux leakage. No magnetic gap in the iron core and the winding is balanceable, any measure to stop the flux leakage is unnecessary.

2 High-efficient. Cause the iron core is non-cutting,the iron is in a small loss.meanwhile, the quality of the materials is high and the construction is compact, so the distance between the iron core and winding is minimum. So the efficency of the R-type transformer is over 90%.

1 small volume,light in weight. R-type transformer is convoluted by non cutting iron core, made from GaoPai ..so its volume is small, weight is light (30% smaller 40% lighter and slighter than EI transformer ,.

R-type transformer can be used as mains transformer and isolation transformator of different kinds of electrical appliances. It is light , small and high-efficient. The material  used to make R-type iron core is the GAOPAI cold rolled which is from NSSC,Japan.
