Simply plug your 220/240V appliance into the transformer. Your kit comes complete with a specially designed universal adaptor which  allows you to insert appliance plug configurations from most countries. Insert universal adaptor into transformer if needed. Plug transformer into 110/120V wall outlet and turn on your appliance.

Foreign made appliances will not work in North America without a transformer. They are designed to operate on 220/240V,while North America runs on 110/120V.
