HMC will provide excavation, trenching, and directional boring for all of your electrical underground installations. We will backfill and grade all excavated services to a level ground, and rake soft dirt back into area. All normal spoils shall be removed from site and discarded. All unusual underground items such as large concrete pieces or other debris shall be set aside to be removed at a small additional cost.

HMC will provide full lighting maintenance service for your commercial, industrial, and institutional lighting needs. This includes outside poles and inside bays up to 50' height. We bring a fully stocked truck to your site with anticipation of your particular material needs, reducing the time necessary for repair. HMC will install light poles, including pouring and finishing the concrete. We will also provide the necessary trenching & backfill or directional boring, depending on the circumstances, to bring power to the poles from any location. We will install lighting fixtures and "grids" both inside and outside for most any structures. We can also provide "photo-metric" charting for municipality requirements. We will quickly identify and solve electrical lighting problems within your facility including improper electrical distribution, shorted electrical components, improperly sized wiring and poor terminations. We will recommend the most cost effective solutions to quickly solve your problems and bring you to a "compliance" level if needed.

HMC has been doing Lighting Retrofitting for 15 years, when the "Green" movement was first getting "off the ground". We are experienced in managing and installing lighting programs in the Auto, Manufacturing & Production, Chemical, Warehousing & Transportation, and Retail Outlet Industries. We can work with existing, or add and develop new energy management systems to coincide with the individual lighting retrofit program, so that your organization can maximize your total savings and significantly contributive to the environment. We can accomplish this at a relatively low cost through satellite technology, computer control, or simple hardware devices located in the field and integrated with your lighting system for full automation. We handle and document all disposal of removed lamps, ballasts, and capacitors, with a certified and Authorized E.P.A. registered recycler.

HMC provides electrical protection for your facility with a vast knowledge and understanding of electrical distribution and maintenance. We can troubleshoot motors and Motor Control Centers, Energy Management Systems, Variable Frequency Drives with assembly line permissives, and most machining operations in a manufacturing environment. We service the Lighting industry in it's entirety, both indoor and aerial outdoor to 50 feet height. We also provide service calls for power outages, intermittent service failures, shorted electrical systems, transformers and distribution, and underground installations. We have the necessary equipment and personnel to quickly identify and perform the needed repair. Our service costs are always discussed prior to engaging in any repair. We have multiple local and national vending accounts to support our needs for product and material to expedite repair.

HMC's construction division specializes in fabricating and (or) increasing existing electrical apparatus structures to accommodate infrastructure growth and expansion. We are a "turn key" operation that will engineer and design your application "in house" reflecting significant reductions in cost. We will build from the "ground up" with or without blueprints, and do the "leg work" necessary regarding administration, communication, and arbitration with local municipalities. We service the Commercial and Industrial Manufacturing and Production industries, Automotive, Logistic Warehousing, Transportation, Educational and Health facilities, and retail Commercial stores. Our Residential division constructs and designs the latest technology available for new homes as well as for remodeling existing ones.
