  Such products performance was related with operational condition and actual operation ,the seller can not guarantee practicability of some specific purpose. Also the seller can not control the operational way of epoxy in customer side ,in any cases ,the seller will not afford the losses causes in customer side .When applying the product, the customer should have related testing experimentation prior to try big quantity.

6 Remarks

f.        If eye contacted ,please wash with running water for 15 minutes ,then seek medical treatment

e.       If contacts with hardener , to cause skin allergic, Please dip it in 1% dilute acetum liquid for 30 minutes ,then seek medical treatment

d.       Wash hands carefully with soap ,if possible wash with acetone and alcohol first ,then soap and water

c.       Wear gloves

b.       Avoid contact with human body directly

a.      Keep working condition clean, air fresh ,if possible ,provide a ventilator

This product does not belong to dangerous article when curing completely. But incompletely cured epoxy resin and hardener have more or less plethora to human body .So please pay attention to following points

5. Safety Attentions

d. Encapsulation to reflected cover ,then defoaming in vacuum chamber for 15mins ( time according to the structure of parts)

c. Mixture defoam 20 minutes in vacuum chamber, we suggest prolong 15 minutes after seeing bubbles broken.

b. Part A and part B mixed by weight 100:100 ratio ,then stir for 3min-5min

      a, Part A pre-heating for one hour at temperature 60 baker  

  4.  Operation procedure

h. Weight should be done accurately. Or it will effect the property performance.

g. Pay attention to the pot life time ,when part A and part B mixed ,please try to use up during pot life stated above , or it will effect the application techniques and quality of the products.

    f. Part B components are acid anhydride,it is easily to absorb water from air ,then appear sediment ,to avoid deterioration, please keep container sealed .

   e. Part A should have pre-heating before mixed with part B to lower viscosity and make it easily mixed sufficiently and defoam bubbles. We suggest temperature at 75
