 With standard Ethernet and power supply interfaces, reference designs can be turned into outdoor deployable field units with very small effort - functionally ready for compliance and performance tests, and even operator evaluations - in a matter of weeks
 

 Based on standard coax connectors, our reference designs can connect to many antenna types and form factors. Pre-loaded with flexible DSP SW, DesignArt's off-the-shelf reference designs (and evaluation kits) are ready to take advantage of any antenna configuration, ranging from SIMO/MIMO omni antenna arrays, to SISO/MIMO sectors, and directional MIMO/XPIC antenna configurations for backhaul applications.

 We know how important real differentiation and early customer interest and feed-back is in todays business environment. Precisely, why we have created a program that encourages vendors to engage in field trial activities - already during the evaluation phase. These trials require prototype products - based on our reference design boards. For this purpose we are designing and producing additional reference design boards - that can be ordered separately, and fitted easily into standard product enclosures (see 4x4 RF example above).

 Our vendors can rest assured, that even off-the-shelf Evaluation SW packs already support many differentiated features, not available in any competing product design, including, but not limited to, high-capacity in-band self-backhaul and relay capabilities.

 In the past, our customers have been able to quickly integrate our evaluation kit with their OAM&P functionality and move to prototype field tests within just weeks or a few months. This allows vendors to immediately conquer mindshare of target operators, while gathering field-based feed-back to define feature scope, price and performance from the market place.

As this evaluation kit enables immediate test and even field trial activities, our customers can verify platform features and performance in a very short time frame, and in realistic field environments. During the evaluation period, we also share with prospective customers exhaustive amounts of test reports, regarding performance benchmarks or feature compliance.
