SONiX provides a chipset for image sensing. The SN9S102CE and decoder SN9P701FG is dedicated to OID. Considering optical characteristics, the OID index is up to 65,536. The visual interference coefficient is less than 1.5%, and the sensing angle is from 45 degrees to + 45 degrees. OID is applicable to operate under 10,000 Lux with less than a 1/1,000 error rate. The operating power consumption is 4mA and 1.5mA while in stand-by mode. It successfully extends the working endurance for OID devices. The OID device can work with either an RC Oscillator or a Crystal Timer. It has embedded LDO and Low Power Detection to efficiently lower the material cost. SONiX also provides compatible speech ICs and DSP to work with the OID chipset.
