SS1102/1119: System-on-Chip (SOC) for wireless communication

SS1102 is an integration of SS1101 and an 8-bit micro-controller on a single chip. The CPU is code compatible with Intel 80C51. You can build a compact wireless communication module (WCM) with an RF module and SS1102 (two components). Because SS1102 has a CPU inside, the software code may reside on an internal mask ROM or in an external ROM chip. For the external ROM chip configuration, SS1102 is packaged in 100-pin TQFP which allows extra pins for ROM interface.
