Printed circuit boards

For the order of printed circuit board production, we require technical data and conductor circuit to be submitted in a form of file in the GERBER system or the PCAD, ORCAD systems. It is possible to submit also data output in a form of drawing or drilling programme.

High quality of printed circuit is ensured by application of up-to-date technology and equipment.

Conductor circuit is laid with silk-screen printing or on a photochemical basis, by application of film or liquid photo resist.

Single-sided printed circuit boards:

Protective mask for soldering and marking is laid with silk-screen printing or on a photochemical basis, by IR or UV polymerisation, printed circuit board configuration may be milled or scrubbed (V-cat). Boards may be supplied as the group semi-finished manufacture.

For the development of conductor circuit a film photo resist (alkaline - soluble) is used. On the contact areas, upon the customers requirement, galvanic coatings nickel, palladium, gold are laid. We are laying a particularly qualitative coating on the surface assembly printed circuit boards chem. nickel/chem. gold according to the Sheply or the Entoni technique.

Double-sided printed circuit boards:
