translating into memory access to various NAND-type flash media For memory volume expansion, the 3S8873 is able to support 4 Large-block NAND-type flash devices going in accordance with CompactFlash form factor. Operating with dual channel, the 3S8873 supports a maximum of 8GB in capacity on both SLC and MLC flash modules Being a total solution, the 3S8873 is integrated with all necessary components such as RC oscillator, Power Regulator and Low Voltage Detector into a single chip Features: - CompactFlash Specification Version 3.0 compliant - Operating Modes: PC Card memory mode, PC Card I/O mode, True-IDE mode - Support UDMA Mode 4 - Support 4 Large-block NAND-type flash devices - Dual channel operation - Support a maximum capacity of 8GB on SLC and MLC flash modules - Auto standby and Sleep mode supported |
