The second-generation chip set for 1.9-MHz DECT includes a low-power transceiver device and a SiGe front-end. A high-speed transceiver with on-chip VCO and a SiGe front end form an entire 2.4-MHz DCT solution. With the U3600BM, Atmel provides a programmable single-chip multichannel IC that serves for CT0/ 900 MHz cordless telephone applications.

In the cordless arena, Atmel provides innovative chip sets for RF front-ends. Our dedicated products serve almost all cordless phone standards (DECT 1.9 GHz, DCT 2.4 GHz, WDCT, ISM and CT0), and enable wireless high-speed voice and data connectivity. Atmel's innovative SiGe products include RF front-end ICs for DECT and ISM applications, which provide competitive advantage as they offer lower noise figures, lower power consumption, and higher output power with high efficiency and high integration.
