The 3S6675 IC controller has been designed specifically to support all of the USB flash drives. It is fully compliant with the current standard of USB 2.0 and backward compatible with USB
1.1 With 8-bit ECC (Error-Correcting Code) implemented, the 3S6675 controller is capable of supporting all of the SLC and MLC mainstream flash modules with multiple die form. Higher level ECC integrated into the 3S6675 controller means stronger error analyzing and correcting capability, resulting in highly reliable data storage, file integrity, and total disk usage time The 3S6675 controller supports all of the following fabricated process technology: 90-nanometer, 70-nanometer, and 60-nanometer Key Features: - Fully compliant with High-speed USB 2.0 specification (480Mbps) - Build-in regulator (5.0V to 3.3V & 3.3V to 1.8V) - 8-bit ECC (Error-correcting Code) implemented - SLC & MLC flash modules supported - Operating system supported - Windows 98 / 98SE / Me / 2000 / XP / Vista, Mac OS 8.6 and above, Linux Kernel 2.4.2 and above - Microsoft Windows Vista ReadyBoost WHQL certified - Microsoft Windows Vista ReadyBoost Trademark certified - Wear-leveling supported |
