7.   Quality assuranceWhen the samples are put into mass production at the approval of customer, the production process should conform to the process of producing the sample. ARTWORK, materials and process should not be changed unless the customer permits.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                .

The products package should stand the transportation from contractor to customer. There should not be fingerprint, leftover, and dirt on the products.

6.   Package and transportation

Before the delivery, every kind of products should be mark with model No., lot No., inspector code and the date of delivery.

5.   Product mark

Test LCD under the condition of 70and 90%RH. The cycle is 100 hours. The acceleration parameter is 500. LCD should still have normal quality.

4.   Aging test

Any product with obvious short circuit or open circuit permanently or temporarily is regarded as waste product.

3.  Electrical performance

The distance from the edge of glass and polarizer should not be more than 0.5mm. The polarizer should not be outside the glass edge. 

2.4    Polarizer defect

Seal ring should not go into the viewing area. The seal rings variation (in the pressing process, the seal ring may be flowed too little or too much. The wrong positioning of position marks may cause the uneven surface of seal ring.) should be not more than 10% of its original width.
