Introduction
This is HD44780 based alphanumeric liquid crystal display with Blue Backlight. It can display alphanumeric characters, Japanese kana characters, symbols and special characters. It can be
configured to drive a dot-matrix liquid crystal display under the control of a 4- or 8-bit microprocessor. The inbuilt functions make it simple for the user to integrate it to the system.
The inbuilt functions includes display shift, function select, cursor blink, display clear, etc., This LCD can display 16 characters on one line and there are two such lines. Due to its low
power consumption it is most suitable for portable battery driven devices.
