The TAKT board specs are as follows :
- Display in red LED's
- FND LED's in 7 segment formation
- Height of LED's 4"
- The functioning of the board is as follows:
- Board has 24 user programmable breaks
- Each break time is to be programmed into the board memory using a Handheld remote.
- The board will have a Real Time clock at the top with a 1.0" FND Display
- While entering the break timings the First Two digits of the clock become the BREAK NUMBER
- The other four digits become the relevant BREAK BEGIN / BREAK END time.
- Once the entering / edit of the break timing is done, the clock function is displayed on the digits
- HIDDEN VALUE - Cycle Time is keyed in using Target Window - ( The Shift number is keyed in first followed by cycle time using the Hand held IR remote.)
- Total Target is automatically calculated by the system - This is calculated as follows - Total time available during the shift less total of all break timings.
- HIDDEN VALUE - Real Time Target increments once per completion of Cycle Time - However the incrementing is not done during the pre-programmed breaks provided by the user.
- Actual Production is incremented once per Potential Free contact
- Size of casing approx 24" high x 24" wide (approx)
- Outer casing in aluminium frames and powder coated in black colour
- Top covering in red perspex sheet
- Composing of titles with vinyl stickers
- Press of a button on the IR clears all fields
- MEMORY FOR CYCLE TIME, RTT, RTA AVAILABLE ON BOARD
- Reset of Cycle time is possible at the end of each shift. Resetting cycle time resets board and clears data.
