Our Idea:

We started to produce hep as an alternative idea against the problems which occured with the other resistors on the market. hep resistor has a lot of advantages against the other the resistors. At our productions we use a high quality raw materiels so we can guarantee a long term use of our resistor.

 

The advantages of hep resistor

-Compared to the 160 hrs average of the resistors available on the market, hep resistor's durability is up to 600 hrs according to laboratory tests.

-hep resistor can be heated up to 1400?C.

-Flexibility in production.

-It could be applied on 99% of the available porcelain furnace and in addittionon to almost any type of furnace with a mini-modifier, all through the application know-how support will be available by hep.

-We can produce 2 different types which have same properties.

1.Transparent quartz.

2. Dim (Mat) quartz.

 

Raw materials of hep resistor:

The fibre of the resistor is being supplied by an international brand of heating systems Kantal. Other key product, the quartz lens (Glass), is made out of pure zirconium.
