     Moreover, in order to meet increasing demand of customers and to support them globally, Shine Time has established a Product Evaluation Development Center.   Quality and Reliability Stations are built, Dynamic Resistor Testing System, Mult-points Information Retriever, and Temperature T Gauge System will also be in the Development Center.   With these technological investments in place, Shine Time will be able to move on to the next level and expand our expertise and knowledge to better service customers globally. 

 Shine Time Electric Company was established in the year of 1997.  During the 11 years of innovation and research, we have been continuing striving for excellent quality, prompt delivery and competitive prices.
 
     In the beginning of establishment, Shine Time began to design and manufacture Cement Resistors and Variable Resistors.  Gradually, as we build up with our experience and expertise in integrate circuit (IC) industry; we begin to manufacture High Power Resistors, Aluminum Housed, and Metal-Clad Resistors.  In order to meet higher demands of reliability,  we have successfully implemented Burn-In system environment for customers who require higher quality standards.  We continue to place heavy investment in researching and developing new products and try to aim the utmost demand requirement in the resistor field with Perfection (excellent quality), with Goodness (prompt delivery ) and with Beauty ( offer best cost per performance price ).
 
     Over these years, we have been servicing various small and large customers including Shihlin Electric, TECO Electric & Machinery, Delta Electronics, Taiwan Mitsubishi Elevator, and etc from various industries in  DriveMotionControlBikerciseexercise device working lathe.  Some customers have strict quality standards for military purposes making Shine Time to be one of preferred vendors in the heavy duty equipments   Luckily, most of our customers are also our long terms customers which we have grown and support each other over these years.
 
     Since the year of 1999, with customers growing demands, we have set up production plants in Dongguan, China. We also set up office in Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Wuchiang so as to provide better services to customers.
